Once your project is signed and demolition begins, we take every bathroom back to the studs. Nothing is tiled over or patched around. With the room open, we inspect everything: supply lines, the drain and vent, the framing, the subfloor and any wiring in the walls.
If we find something, you get a photo and a plain explanation, and nothing gets closed up until you approve it. Once the tile goes back on, nobody will see inside those walls again for decades, so this is the moment to get it right.
